New Hope Church Leadership comprised of the Senior Pastor who works closely with and oversees the Church Staff; the Worship/Youth Pastor who leads the Worship Team and runs the Youth Program; the Elders, Deacons, Church Ministries, Church Committees, and Teams. New Hope Church business is handled at Church Family Meetings at the end of each quarter.

Rogan Taylor is a seventh generation "white" African of Scottish & English roots. His forefather, David Taylor having moved from England to the Cape Province of South Africa in 1840. In 1960, when age 2, Pastor Rogan moved with his family to Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). He did all his primary and secondary education in Salisbury (now Harare).  He served in the British South Africa Police with the Mounted Division from 1977 to 1978. 
 
Pastor Rogan trained for pastoral ministry in Johannesburg, South Africa and graduated with a Bachelor in Theology in 1982.  He married his wife, Caroline, in 1980.
 
Pastor Rogan pastored 4 churches prior to New Hope in Zimbabwe and New Zealand. He has 4 children; Brett (28), serving as Senior Pastor in South Africa; Amy (24) married to Adam (27) - both studying at grad. school & seminary; Nicole (22) is at grad. school and Emma (20) is at college. 

Pastor Rogan moved from Gweru, Zimbabwe to South Fork, Colorado with Caroline and his two daughters, Nicole & Emma (the two eldest having already left home). He started as Pastor of New Hope Church on January 1st, 2007 and is now in his fifth year of ministry here.

In September, 2011, New Hope Church hired Cody Walls to be the Church's first full-time Worship/Youth Pastor. Pastor Cody and his wife Molly are from Bowling Green, Kentucky. They had their first child, Ezekiel Allen, in December 2011. Pastor Cody is a graduate of Western Kentucky University attaining a B.A. in Religious Studies & Communications. He was raised in the small Western Kentucky town of Princeton, and comes from a large family of 9. Molly was raised in Morgantown, Kentucky in a family of 5. Cody & Molly seek to see the lost come to know Christ as Savior and Lord.
